What you will do
- Provide global technical support and manage tickets via ServiceNow, including escalation of priority issues.
- Support local A/V and video collaboration tools, specifically Zoom.
- Manage local inventory, coordinate equipment, and prepare hardware for new hire deployment.
- Run weekly new hire orientation sessions.
- Troubleshoot client-side network connectivity issues.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for remote ET support and help desk guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing executive-level support.
- Proficiency with Mac OS systems at the user level.
- Experience administering Jamf, Active Directory, Office 365, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Zoom, Slack, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and after-hours work.
