Salary: $20.72 - $27.60 per hour

What you will do

• Operate bottom ash transfer conveyors, ash silos, fly ash transfer screws, and ferrous magnets.
• Conduct daily routine inspections of residue and metal recovery equipment and maintain logs.
• Participate in boiler cleaning activities.
• Perform lockout and tag out (LOTO) procedures to support maintenance.
• Operate mobile equipment, including forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Spring Hill, FL.
• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• 3-6 months of related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and operating manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in high temperatures, noisy, and dusty environments.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Nice to have

• Forklift driving experience.
• Formal technical or apprentice training.
