What you will do

• Set up, manage, and optimize programmatic and display campaigns.
• Collaborate with DSPs, display networks, and exchanges to activate and monitor campaigns.
• Implement creative testing and optimize ad formats.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities.
• Support tracking implementation, pixel validation, and reporting accuracy.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and basic bid adjustments under supervision.

Requirements

• Experience or strong academic background in digital marketing, programmatic, or display advertising.
• Solid understanding of display advertising concepts (CPM, CPA, CTR, reach, frequency).
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data handling and spreadsheets.
• Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Must be based in Israel.

Nice to have

• Exposure to DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Adform.
• Basic knowledge of tracking and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, pixels).
• Previous experience in the online gaming, casino, or sports betting industry.
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of various creative formats, including rich media and video.
