What you will do
- Assist with campaign setup and execution across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, flag trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Compile and maintain campaign reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Perform basic optimizations such as pausing underperforming ads and adjusting budgets.
- Ensure accurate tracking and tagging using pixels, events, and UTMs.
- Collaborate with creative, tracking, and analytics teams to support campaign success.
Requirements
- Experience in paid social media buying or digital performance marketing.
- Exposure to performance-driven verticals such as iGaming, Nutra, Dating, or Gaming.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical mindset with a good understanding of key KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPM.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be based in Israel.

- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets and industry regulations.
- Basic knowledge of tracking tools like GTM.
- Experience in developing customer retention strategies.
