TL;DR
Paid Social Specialist (iGaming): Supporting the execution, testing, and reporting of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms with an accent on creative and audience testing, budget pacing, and performance tracking. Focus on optimizing campaign results, maintaining accurate pixels and UTMs, and analyzing KPIs across performance-driven gaming campaigns.

What you will do
- Set up and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Support creative testing, audience testing, and budget pacing based on predefined strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify trends and issues, and perform basic optimizations.
- Maintain campaign reports, dashboards, performance summaries, and accurate tracking through pixels, events, and UTMs.
- Collaborate with creative, tracking, and analytics teams.
- Keep current with platform updates, ad formats, and paid social best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in paid social media buying or digital performance marketing.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Understanding of performance KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CVR.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and multiple tasks.
- Exposure to performance-driven verticals such as iGaming, Nutra, Dating, or Gaming.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, betting types, and market trends.
- Experience in online gaming or casino, gambling regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with customer retention strategies or international campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or GTM.
- Interest in growth marketing and paid user acquisition.
