What you will do

• Deliver exceptional service to advisers and employers via telephone and email.
• Navigate the Smart Platform to assist with payroll software setup and contribution submissions.
• Proactively manage non-key accounts to ensure business retention.

• Identify client education needs and upsell managed service options.
• Maintain high accuracy in administrative tasks while meeting performance targets.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
• Proficiency in pension administration and contact centre operations.
• FA2 or similar accredited qualifications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and solve problems.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
