What you will do
- Develop and maintain high-quality detections in Microsoft Sentinel for threat-based, compliance-driven, and application-specific use cases.
- Continuously tune and recertify detections to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and maintainability.
- Translate compliance and regulatory requirements into concrete technical detections.
- Advise and challenge stakeholders to define effective and realistic detection strategies.
- Collaborate with security analysts and application teams to optimize detection quality.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in security detection or security monitoring roles.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel or Microsoft Unified Portal.
- Proven proficiency in writing, debugging, and tuning KQL detections.
- Experience working within complex, regulated environments.
- Clear communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
