What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of automation for documentation and software development lifecycles, including content creation and delivery.
• Build and operate production-grade AI agents, scripts, and automation pipelines to replace manual repetitive processes.
• Architect and integrate systems across content platforms using MCPs and REST APIs.
• Apply LLM-based capabilities to generate, validate, and manage content according to security and privacy standards.
• Own the reliability, performance, and maintainability of automation systems through monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Mentor team members through technical guidance, design reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, software engineering, or systems integration.
• Strong proficiency in Python for building production-grade automation and agent frameworks.
• Advanced experience with Git-based workflows (GitHub), including code reviews and repository automation.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps).
• Flexibility in working hours to collaborate with global teams (including late afternoon meetings).

Nice to have

• Experience designing multi-agent or tool-orchestrated AI workflows at scale.
• Experience owning shared automation frameworks used across multiple products or teams.
• Familiarity with observability, metrics, and cost tracking for AI-driven systems.
• Experience containerizing and deploying long-running agent services in production.
