TL;DR
Talent Manager, Business (Marketing): Managing and growing a roster of influential business creators to secure strategic commercial partnerships and long-term career growth. Focus on driving revenue through B2B partnerships and mentoring junior team members.
Location: Hybrid in London, UK. Must work from the office 2-3 days a week, with Tuesday and Thursday as mandatory anchor days.

What you will do
- Manage and grow a roster of business creators specializing in entrepreneurship, finance, productivity, and professional education.
- Drive revenue by proactively sourcing, negotiating, and securing strategic commercial partnerships.
- Build and nurture relationships with leading brands across finance, technology, SaaS, and B2B professional services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to creators, shaping their commercial strategy and long-term career growth.
- Identify and sign high-potential business creators in partnership with the Talent Director.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure exceptional campaign execution.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, partnerships, or commercially focused roles in media/tech.
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing commercial partnerships.
- Strong understanding of business-centric content, including investing, productivity, and professional education.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with creators, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Farringdon, London office for hybrid work.
