What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery experience from pre-purchase promises to post-purchase tracking.
• Define and prioritize a high-impact product roadmap to reduce friction and improve customer trust.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, UX, and Data teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.
• Translate operational complexity into simple, intuitive shipping and delivery options.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as delivery NPS, promise accuracy, and checkout conversion.
• Identify and eliminate delivery-related friction points to reduce failed deliveries and customer uncertainty.

Requirements

• Strong product ownership experience in e-commerce, logistics, or shipping.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing digital products.
• Ability to define product strategy connecting customer needs with operational and commercial constraints.
• Experience working with complex technical ecosystems like ERP, warehouse systems, or carrier integrations.
• German language skills are a strong advantage.
