What you will do
- Lead the APAC Customer Success strategy for government and defence accounts.
- Drive post-sales adoption, value realization, and renewal readiness across the customer lifecycle.
- Transform the CSM team from a reactive service function into a proactive mission-outcomes organization.
- Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed team of Customer Success Managers.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery and account growth.
- Maintain customer health indicators and lead executive-level business reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or technical program management.
- 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams across multiple countries or regions.
- Experience supporting government, defence, intelligence, or mission-critical technology customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel across APAC as required.
Nice to have
- Experience with GEOINT, remote sensing, or AI-enabled analytics.
- MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in a second APAC language.
- Experience building customer success playbooks and health scorecards.
