TL;DR

Director, Customer Success (APAC): Leading the regional customer success function for international government, defence, and intelligence accounts with an accent on technology adoption, mission-outcome realization, and strategic account growth. Focus on transforming the team into a proactive adoption organization, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and driving long-term value across the APAC region.

Location: Must be based in Singapore

What you will do

  • Lead the APAC Customer Success strategy for government and defence accounts.
  • Drive post-sales adoption, value realization, and renewal readiness across the customer lifecycle.
  • Transform the CSM team from a reactive service function into a proactive mission-outcomes organization.
  • Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery and account growth.
  • Maintain customer health indicators and lead executive-level business reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or technical program management.
  • 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams across multiple countries or regions.
  • Experience supporting government, defence, intelligence, or mission-critical technology customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel across APAC as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with GEOINT, remote sensing, or AI-enabled analytics.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proficiency in a second APAC language.
  • Experience building customer success playbooks and health scorecards.
