What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic success plans to drive product adoption and value realization for enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and address complex client needs.
  • Analyze customer health metrics and performance data to identify trends and proactively mitigate churn risks.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmap and service improvements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and high performance within the regional success organization.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in Singapore
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in the SaaS or cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong track record of managing enterprise-level client relationships and driving retention.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical security concepts into business value for clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and scaling high-performing teams.
