What you will do

• Develop and execute clinical strategies for molecular diagnostic tools in GU oncology.
• Design and implement clinical studies and treatment protocols integrating new technology into standard care.
• Recruit and engage leading principal investigators and clinical sites for company-sponsored research.
• Provide medical affairs support, including clinical consultation and interpretation of test results for healthcare providers.
• Lead medical education initiatives and contribute to publication strategies for GU malignancies.
• Represent the company externally at medical conferences, advisory boards, and industry panels.

Requirements

• M.D. degree required (board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in GU cancers as a primary treating radiation oncologist.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical trial experience in academic, biotech, or pharmaceutical settings.
• Deep knowledge of treatment paradigms, clinical guidelines, and diagnostic workflows in GU cancers.
• Willingness to travel 40% (primarily U.S.-based).
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with ctDNA, MRD, or liquid biopsy technologies.
• Established relationships with GU oncology KOLs and academic networks.
• Experience supporting product launches or diagnostic adoption in oncology.
