What you will do

• Shape and maintain the learning technology roadmap, focusing on scalability, usability, and business impact.
• Drive decisions on learning platforms and content ecosystems, including LMS, LXP, and content curation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to investigate and implement new scalable learning solutions.
• Develop business cases for technology improvements and new capabilities within the R&D learning landscape.
• Integrate learning, data, and knowledge management to create a data-driven learning environment.
• Advise Subject Matter Experts on practical and scalable ways to curate and maintain learning content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning technology or digital learning.
• Proven track record in shaping and implementing learning technology roadmaps in a business environment.
• Expertise with learning platforms (LMS, LXP) and content management ecosystems.
• Experience building business cases and managing stakeholders to deploy scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate complexity into workable solutions.
