What you will do

• Build the APAC PR and communications function from the ground up, including hiring managers and agencies.
• Implement regional corporate communications strategies aligned with global organizational goals and brand positioning.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and external stakeholders to craft compelling messaging for highly-regulated industries.
• Oversee high-impact communications forums, including executive speaking engagements and industry conferences.
• Develop rapid response capabilities and manage crisis communications to protect corporate reputation.
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategies that resonate with customers, partners, and investors.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in-house corporate communications in high-growth tech or AI environments.
• 5+ years of experience in people management.
• Proven track record in pre-IPO communications and agency management.
• Experience or strong interest in policy and regulatory communications.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to distill complex topics into simple narratives.
• Strong project management skills and a bias for action in ambiguous environments.
