What you will do

• Own and evolve hirify.global Cashback brand identity, positioning, messaging, and tone of voice.
• Plan and execute go-to-market initiatives, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and creator-led activations.
• Build relationships with creators, influencers, and communities to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
• Coordinate campaign execution across hirify.global’s marketing, creative, and product teams in Wrocław and Oslo.
• Manage marketing projects end-to-end to ensure timely delivery, brand consistency, and measurable impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and growing consumer-facing brands (lifestyle, creator-economy, gaming, tech, or youth-oriented products preferred).
• Hands-on marketing experience to independently drive campaigns from concept to execution.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, social media, and community-driven marketing initiatives.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and distributed environments.
• English: Fluent
• Polish: Fluent communication skills
