Product Marketing Manager (Cashback)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the hirify.global Cashback brand identity, positioning, messaging, and tone of voice.
• Plan and execute go-to-market initiatives, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and creator-led activations.
• Build relationships with creators, influencers, and communities to increase awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
• Coordinate campaign execution across marketing, creative, and product teams in Wrocław and Oslo.
• Manage marketing projects end to end, ensuring timely delivery, brand consistency, and measurable impact.

Requirements

• Experience building and growing consumer-facing brands, ideally in lifestyle, creator economy, gaming, technology, or youth-oriented products.
• Hands-on marketing experience with the ability to drive campaigns independently from concept to execution.
• Experience with creators, influencers, social media, and community-driven marketing.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and distributed environments.
• Fluent English and Polish communication skills.
• Strong understanding of internet culture, digital trends, and younger audiences.
