Location: Remote (Poland, Portugal, or Czechia)

What you will do

  • Develop and evolve brand positioning, narratives, and visual identity across multiple markets and target audiences.
  • Package B2B products and create value propositions, pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials.
  • Lead strategic communications across PR, content, social media, and industry events to drive lead generation.
  • Coordinate brand visibility through industry exhibitions, sponsorships, and networking initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, BizDev, and Leadership teams to align marketing with revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and brand perception to provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, or Communications.
  • Mandatory experience in B2B and iGaming industries.
  • Fluent Russian and English (C1+).
  • Proven experience building commercial narratives and packaging B2B solutions for sales teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred, HubSpot acceptable) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
