What you will do

• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of infrastructure and platform engineers.
• Provide leadership for multi-cloud design, networking, identity, security, and developer infrastructure.
• Maintain hands-on technical involvement to make targeted contributions and ensure architectural quality.
• Manage day-to-day execution, project prioritization, and technical strategy in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide decisions on networking primitives, large-scale Kubernetes, IAM, and observability.
• Manage cloud and infrastructure vendor relationships and negotiate strategic deals.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, London, or New York.
• Proven experience building and leading infrastructure or platform engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in at least one of: cloud platforms, network engineering, security architecture, or developer tooling.
• Strong coding ability and experience with production-grade systems at scale.
• Fluency with modern infra tools: Terraform/Pulumi, Kubernetes, CI/CD (e.g., Bazel), and observability (Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry).
• Experience managing cloud vendor relationships and infrastructure deals.
