What you will do

• Develop and maintain software features to extend solver capabilities across CPU and GPU platforms.
• Implement new functionality in pre- and post-processing code, focusing on correctness and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and technical account managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, reviews, and feature design.
• Systematically debug and troubleshoot defects to maintain code quality.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and regression tests as part of the standard workflow.

Requirements

• Degree in Physics, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20).
• Strong mathematical foundations in linear algebra, differential equations, and numerical methods.
• Understanding of software development fundamentals, including Git and testing practices.
• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom

Nice to have

• Exposure to CFD principles or numerical methods through study or personal projects.
• Familiarity with parallel computing frameworks such as OpenMP or MPI.
• Experience with GPU APIs like CUDA.
• Background in scientific visualization, CAD tools, or engineering software.
• Experience working within an Agile development team.
