Training Analyst (Defence)

TL;DR

Training Analyst (Defence): Providing detailed analysis of Tactical Engagement System (TES) data to support training exercises for the UK MOD and overseas military customers. Focus on planning and delivering training support, coordinating with troops, and ensuring the effective utilization of hirify.global equipment during exercises.

Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom with requirements to deploy for exercises in the UK or overseas.

What you will do

• Plan and deliver TES training exercises at levels ALPHA to CHARLIE.
• Analyze TES data and prepare After Action Review (AAR) products.
• Advise troops on equipment capabilities to maximize training benefits.
• Lead small field teams including Logistics & Training Advisers and Field Techs.
• Operate WinEXCON software to provide analysis and content during exercises.
• Support the completion of Post Training Reports (PTRs) and PXRs.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid UK passport and be able to pass CONDO medical requirements.
• Must possess a relevant Combat Arm or Combat Support Command & Tactics course qualification.
• Understanding of DCC, MCC, and Combined Arms tactics to Training Level FOXTROT.
• Must be eligible for UK security vetting and workforce screening.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to deploy for exercises in the UK or overseas as required.

Nice to have

• Experience working in battlegroup headquarters.
• Military operational experience.
• B+E driving licence.
