What you will do

• Lead company-wide projects focused on improving business efficiency and operational workflows.
• Own end-to-end global inventory management using ERP systems to ensure seamless control and financial tracking.
• Develop predictive inventory forecasting analysis and frameworks driven by business insights.
• Define and track KPIs related to inventory value, utilization rate, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch to solve complex problems in ambiguous environments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, operations, or tech (logistics/distribution experience highly valued).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.
• Experience with ERP systems or logistics management software.
• Must be based in Madrid to support the hybrid work model.
