What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable database infrastructure using PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Develop intuitive self-service solutions to reduce the operational burden on product teams.
• Optimize database environments for stability, fault tolerance, and cost efficiency.
• Automate environment provisioning and database operations via Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Handle complex production incidents and architectural migrations in high-load environments.

Requirements

• Expertise in PostgreSQL architecture, tuning, replication, and operations.
• Practical experience with IaC tools like Terraform and running stateful services in Kubernetes.
• Proven experience as a DBA, DRE, or Infrastructure Engineer in production environments.
• Proficiency in Bash or Python for CI/CD pipelines and scripting.
• English: B2 proficiency required for collaborating with distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Redis and Kafka.
• Experience migrating between managed and self-hosted database solutions.
• Expertise in load testing and comparative analysis of database architectures.
