What you will do

• Manage departmental budgets, including forecasting, variance analysis, and spend control.
• Process purchase requisitions and manage vendor relationships across multiple partners.
• Perform invoice reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial records.
• Generate financial reports and analysis to support stakeholder decision-making.
• Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvements using automation and system enhancements.
• Provide financial support and guidance to internal teams on budgeting and spend management.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting or planning roles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Dublin office for 2 days per week.

• Experience with financial planning and forecasting software tools.
• Knowledge of AI or automation tools for process improvement.
