What you will do

• Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies to drive revenue growth on existing affiliate sites.
• Optimize high-value pages through content audits, intent mapping, and improving CTR and SERP feature capture.
• Lead and execute backlink campaigns utilizing agencies, forums, and outreach partners to build domain authority.
• Launch new affiliate sites by owning keyword clustering, topic mapping, and content structure based on research.
• Monitor and react to Google algorithm updates to maintain rankings and recover traffic.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in on-page and off-page SEO with a proven track record of scaling organic growth.
• Fluent in German and English for effective communication with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven prioritization skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, flat, startup-style environment.
