TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States. Hybrid remote role based in Austin, TX. Not eligible for visa sponsorship. Cannot hire within Chicago city limits.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Partners to drive retention and growth.
- Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts, engaging directly with C-level stakeholders.
- Define and scale repeatable playbooks, account planning, and engagement practices like EBRs/QBRs.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Support leadership to align account strategy with company objectives.
- Own forecasting, reporting, and executive-level visibility into account health and expansion pipeline.
- Represent the voice of the enterprise customer in internal product roadmap discussions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise account management or customer success experience.
- 3+ years in a leadership or management role within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of building and coaching high-performing teams.
- Deep experience engaging with executive stakeholders in complex organizations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

- Experience within IT Operations, Endpoint Management, RMM, or Security environments.
