What you will do
- Coordinate divisional activities, including meetings and calendars across R&D and HR.
- Support senior leadership with administrative and operational needs to ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
- Manage administrative processes such as PRs, POs, and MIGO, while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Lead logistics for departmental activities, including travel arrangements, events, off-sites, and training.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, and external vendors to ensure operational alignment.
- Support ongoing projects and initiatives at the divisional level.
Requirements
- Experience in high-level administrative work (global experience is a significant advantage).
- BA degree, preferably in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
- High level of English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Full-time availability and willingness to work unusual hours.
- Must be based in Petah Tikva, Israel.
