What you will do
- Develop and implement resource mobilization strategies to support organizational goals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, donors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate partnership activities to ensure alignment with the Strategic Framework.
- Monitor and report on the progress of partnership initiatives and funding outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for joint projects and resource acquisition.
- Represent the organization in high-level meetings and forums related to agrifood systems.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as international relations, economics, or development studies.
- Proven experience in resource mobilization and partnership management within an international context.
- Strong understanding of the 2030 Agenda and global agrifood system challenges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adhere to UN values.
- Must be based in Rome, Italy for this onsite position.
