What you will do

• Coordinate global quality operations for internal and external production, including analytical processes.
• Monitor Quality KPIs and manage non-conformities, deviations, and change control.
• Support the implementation of global SOPs and guidelines at the local level.
• Collaborate with site Quality Directors to address common challenges, corporate audits, and authority inspections.
• Guarantee compliance of validation processes and collaborate on drafting project plans and final reports.
• Drive a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, with at least 5 years in quality operations.
• Deep understanding of quality management systems (QMS), compliance standards, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
• Experience in change management and governance framework development.
• English fluency (spoken and written).
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Parma, Italy.

• Proficiency in TrackWise or Veeva QualityDocs for managing quality documentation.
• Ability to use Microsoft Project for planning and monitoring quality-related projects.
