What you will do

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for hirify.global analyzers, sensors, and laboratory instruments.
• Guide customers in applying chemical testing methods following the Water Analysis Handbook.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to instrumentation, software, and testing applications.
• Conduct commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repairs of hirify.global instrumentation and analyzers.
• Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams on water analysis methods and monitoring systems.
• Support Sales and Marketing activities through product trials, demonstrations, and exhibitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical support, instrumentation, or chemical testing (water/wastewater preferred).
• Knowledge of analytical techniques such as titration, colorimetry, and spectrophotometry.
• English proficiency is required.
• Must own a car and possess a valid driving license for local and regional travel.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
