What you will do

• Lead and scale the Fraud Operations team, setting clear goals and removing operational blockers.
• Own the entire fraud case journey, from initial detection and investigation to final resolution.
• Optimize processes to ensure speed and accuracy while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Manage communications with users and third parties regarding fraud cases with empathy and precision.
• Develop operational plans to manage team capacity, handle backlogs, and ensure service quality.
• Leverage AI and technology to automate tasks and stay ahead of evolving fraud trends.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam or Sofia.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
• Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in financial crime, specifically in Fraud Prevention, AML, or Compliance.
• Strong investigative skills and ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
• Proactive AI-first mindset with a strong affinity for process automation.
