What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships and special marketing projects from ideation to delivery.
• Identify, negotiate, and establish collaborations with globally recognized brands and industry leaders.
• Source and engage high-profile public figures and opinion leaders for marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Lead cross-functional project execution, aligning Marketing, Business Development, and Legal teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring high execution standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, or similar senior marketing roles.
• Fluent English (C1+) and Russian are required.
• Proven track record of leading complex, high-impact marketing projects with full ownership.
• Strong expertise in brand marketing and partnership development.
• Experience working with premium brands, public figures, or executive-level stakeholders.
• Outstanding project management skills and proficiency in Jira.
