What you will do

• Design and own the multi-AIDC network trust model, including micro-segmentation and Zero Trust architectures.
• Manage the lifecycle of access policies using Policy-as-Code to ensure least-privilege and automated re-certification.
• Build automation for network policy drift detection and compliance validation dashboards.
• Implement secure remote access controls via PAM, bastions, and MFA for employee endpoints.
• Develop lateral-movement detection and establish east-west traffic baselines.
• Harden AIDC fabric (InfiniBand/RoCE) and management planes (BMC/IPMI).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network security engineering within cloud or data center environments.
• Expertise in Zero Trust, ZTNA (Zscaler), SASE, and network segmentation.
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting in Python or Go.
• Experience with NDR, flow analysis, and adversarial risk assessment.
• Working proficiency in both Chinese and English.
• Must be located in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI data centers and GPU cluster networking (InfiniBand/RoCE/UFM).
• Knowledge of eBPF-based observability tools like Cilium or Tetragon.
• Background in financial-grade or high-compliance security environments.
• CISSP or CCNP Security certifications.
