What you will do

• Define and execute the global security strategy across Cloud, IT, and OT environments.
• Establish and maintain an integrated, fact-based view of the organization's security risk posture.
• Implement a risk-based security operating model to prioritize investments and resources.
• Mature security capabilities across protection, detection, response, and recovery.
• Build and lead a high-accountability global security organization.
• Communicate risk posture and technical impact to Executive Leadership and the Board.

Requirements

• Executive-level global leadership experience in cybersecurity within large enterprises.
• Strong expertise in OT, manufacturing, or industrial security environments.
• Proven track record in cybersecurity architecture, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience implementing zero-trust principles in complex hybrid environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing global security teams.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore (office-based role)

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
• Experience with international regulatory bodies and cross-border data protection laws.
• Experience in M&A security.
