What you will do

  • Build and maintain a differentiated messaging framework for Payroll AU with defined ICPs grounded in market insight.
  • Lead end-to-end GTM planning and campaign execution, from segment strategy to post-campaign outputs.
  • Produce concise, usable sales enablement materials and ensure effective adoption by the sales team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, lifecycle, content, sales, and success teams to ensure a cohesive experience.
  • Act as the primary source of truth for Payroll AU health, providing reporting and insights to shape the product roadmap.
  • Translate complex payroll and compliance details into clear, senior-ready narratives.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in product marketing or strategic GTM roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience leading high-impact product launches across multiple markets.
  • Must be based in Sydney to support the hybrid work model.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort with data, including opportunity sizing and funnel metrics.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in payroll, HR tech, or other regulated product categories is preferred.
