What you will do

• Conduct client AI Readiness Assessments to identify high-value automation opportunities across data pipelines and workflows.
• Develop comprehensive 30/60/90-day AI and automation roadmaps for client sign-off.
• Architect solution and pipeline structures, providing design and direction for engineering teams to build.
• Lead client enablement and training to transition staff from basic AI use to advanced assistant-level integration.
• Assess and structure internal company data and workflows to scale the AI practice.
• Partner with leadership to translate business problems into scoped, high-impact technical solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record in architecture and consulting for data, automation, or AI solutions.
• Experience working in multi-client environments such as MSP, SaaS, or other service-based businesses.
• Ability to translate complex technical data pipelines for non-technical stakeholders and executives.
• Deep research habits regarding new AI models, tools, and emerging patterns.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting roadmaps and recommendations.
• Location: New Jersey hybrid preferred; remote considered

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the modern AI toolchain (Claude, LLM platforms/APIs, n8n, Power Platform).
• Working knowledge of data structures, pipelines, and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure.
• Experience running discovery assessments and building client-facing roadmaps.
