What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, covering requirement analysis, feature engineering, and monitoring.
• Develop and optimize ML, deep learning, and Generative AI models to ensure scalability and robustness in production.
• Lead the implementation of computer vision, NLP, and LLM technologies specific to the tire industry.
• Build AI agents and automation frameworks to integrate LLMs with enterprise systems for improved decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to convert business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms to drive innovation in model lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Expertise in machine learning systems, computer vision, NLP, or LLM engineering.
• Demonstrated experience delivering at least one full-cycle AI project from problem definition to production.
• Ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
