What you will do

• Build and own core ML subsystems powering proactive AI features.
• Manage the full ML lifecycle: data preparation, training, evaluation, and production inference.
• Translate research concepts into scalable, production-grade systems.
• Debug and resolve model failures and performance bottlenecks using real-world production signals.
• Optimize models for latency, cost, and reliability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor other engineers to maintain high technical standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping ML systems used in production environments.
• Deep understanding of modern ML model behavior and production limitations.
• Strong coding skills with the ability to think in systems.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
• Experience with GPU-based training and inference pipelines.
