What you will do

• Build and improve ML components across data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and inference.
• Fine-tune and adapt neural models for production environments.
• Implement rigorous evaluation and testing frameworks to monitor model behavior.
• Maintain data pipelines for real-world and synthetic datasets.
• Debug model performance issues and handle production incidents.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ship iterative improvements based on user feedback.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in machine learning and modern neural architectures.
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, or deploying models.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
• Experience working with production-quality code and GPU-based systems.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and grow ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Beijing, China.
