What you will do

• Develop and maintain avionics electrical software test strategies, plans, and verification cross-reference matrices.
• Derive electrical test requirements from system specifications, ICDs, schematics, and safety requirements.
• Lead bench-level, vehicle-level, and pre-launch electrical test campaigns, including power-on and EMI/EMC testing.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective action for electrical test discrepancies and anomalies.
• Design electrical test and ground support equipment (GSE) with a focus on production scalability and repeatability.
• Identify and implement test automation and data acquisition infrastructure to reduce cycle time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical test, avionics integration, or vehicle electrical systems verification.
• Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, multi-meters, signal generators).
• Experience with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and attenuators.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate across disciplines under schedule pressure.
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency (Green Card), or lawful refugee/asylum status is strictly required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience with launch vehicles, spacecraft, or highly integrated electrical systems.
• Experience integrating with GPS/GNSS simulators and assessing RF link performance.
• Background in Design for Testability (DFT) principles.
• Previous leadership or management experience in a test or integration organization.
