What you will do

• Provide legal advice on employment law across 23 jurisdictions in Europe and the Middle East.
• Monitor and interpret legislative changes and case law to advise business stakeholders.
• Lead internal investigations into workplace complaints, including harassment and discrimination.
• Manage employment-related litigation, arbitration, and proceedings before labor inspectorates.
• Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and codes of conduct.
• Support HR initiatives regarding pay transparency, AI in employment practices, and organizational change.

Requirements

• Attorney licensed to practice in a European Union member state.
• 6-10 years of post-qualified experience in employment law, combining private practice and in-house roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-border legal matters and employment disputes.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and labor relations.
