What you will do

• Embed within strategic enterprise customer teams as a dedicated technical partner for agent identity.
• Architect and deploy agent security stacks including Cross-App Access and Fine-Grained Authorization.
• Brief senior leadership including CISOs and Chief AI Officers on agent risk and governance.
• Deliver white-glove deployments ensuring full identity coverage and security review compliance.
• Build observability tools for agent behavior, authorization latency, and rogue agent detection.
• Convert field-derived insights into reusable product modules and roadmap improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience shipping production software with operational maturity.
• Deep expertise in identity protocols including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM.
• Working knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications, NIST AI RMF, and MITRE ATLAS.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments from engineering standups to C-level briefings.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 35%.
