What you will do

• Lead architecture and design decisions to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
• Develop fullstack applications integrating backend, frontend, and Databricks platform capabilities.
• Deliver production-grade systems from data ingestion and transformation through ML/AI model integration.
• Embed with strategic customer teams and stakeholders from technical ICs to executives to solve complex challenges.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Field Engineering to optimize the customer journey.
• Contribute reusable accelerators and frameworks to scale impact and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering across backend, frontend, and systems integration.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java/Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
• Experience building and deploying production applications combining data pipelines and AI models.
• Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and AI code generation tools.
• Proven track record of delivering technical solutions within enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions for C-level executives.
