What you will do

• Define and execute go-to-market strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels for the EMEA region.
• Develop digital strategies and tactics to acquire customers, generate revenue, and increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to produce whitepapers, case studies, emails, and social media content.
• Organize and manage local conferences and customer-facing events with a strict focus on measurable ROI.
• Partner with the Education team to create strategic plans for growing awareness of hirify.global.
• Provide marketing support to the Sales team for client expansion and upselling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Products, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or B2B/B2C marketing.
• Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud.
• MBA degree.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.
• Previous agency experience within a digital marketing or ad tech environment.
