What you will do

  • Provide expert telephone consultation and support to CXO-level customers on complex banking concepts.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to increase result accuracy and facilitate informed risk-based decision-making.
  • Manage complex customer installations and lead consultative dialogues to collect key financial data.
  • Execute projects involving risk analysis, financial model validations, and core deposit studies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Sales team and a primary technical resource for other Client Services Analysts.
  • Support product development by testing new software releases and documenting system operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a financial institution, financial analysis, accounting, audit, or treasury.
  • Must have asset liability management or financial reporting experience.
  • Must reside within a 70-mile radius of one of the specified US office locations.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, risk management, and profitability.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite executives.
  • Technical ability to perform software installations and downloads.
