What you will do
- Provide expert telephone consultation and support to CXO-level customers on complex banking concepts.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to increase result accuracy and facilitate informed risk-based decision-making.
- Manage complex customer installations and lead consultative dialogues to collect key financial data.
- Execute projects involving risk analysis, financial model validations, and core deposit studies.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Sales team and a primary technical resource for other Client Services Analysts.
- Support product development by testing new software releases and documenting system operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a financial institution, financial analysis, accounting, audit, or treasury.
- Must have asset liability management or financial reporting experience.
- Must reside within a 70-mile radius of one of the specified US office locations.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, risk management, and profitability.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite executives.
- Technical ability to perform software installations and downloads.
