What you will do

• Leverage predictive modeling and causal inference to identify growth opportunities in unit economics and market dynamics.
• Perform end-to-end analytics using SQL, ML, and AI to extract actionable business insights that drive tangible value.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to improve automation and self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with finance strategy, FP&A, and data engineering to influence executive decision-making.
• Implement and automate ML and GenAI models to drive business innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leveraging analytics to drive significant business impact.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, big data technologies (Redshift, Spark, Hive, BigQuery), and BI tools (Tableau, Qlik).
• Strong programming skills in Python or R, including experience building GenAI models.
• Deep understanding of advanced statistical modeling and causal inference techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, CS, Economics); Master’s preferred.
• Must be based in Mountain View, California

• Experience with Consumer Finance platforms (e.g., TurboTax) data and business models.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and time value of money.
• Understanding of AI-native architectures and GenAI platforms.
