What you will do

• Travel to customer locations to install, maintain, and repair lottery equipment and communication devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions by swapping components or performing minor adjustments.
• Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Provide basic training and refresher sessions to retailers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers to report activity, arrival times, and resolution details.
• Follow company vehicle policies and attend required driver training.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related position.
• 1+ years of experience in technical repairs, IT support, or mechanical skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights or in close quarters.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship available).
