What you will do

• Solve customer challenges through creative configurations of technical products.
• Install and program products using hand tools or programming languages.
• Provide on-call, on-site, and remote technical support and troubleshooting.
• Travel extensively (60-100%) within an assigned regional territory to deliver solutions.
• Conduct product testing and create detailed proposal reports for sales teams.
• Work in manufacturing environments, performing physical tasks including lifting equipment up to 85 lbs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s with 4+ years of military experience).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
• Willingness to travel 60-100%, including overnight stays.
• Ability to lift and transport demo equipment (35–85 lbs.) into customer sites.
• Strong work ethic and passion for solving challenging technical problems.
