What you will do

  • Develop and execute media buying strategies for digital D2C brands.
  • Plan and manage advertising budgets and campaign pacing for optimal efficiency.
  • Make scale/kill decisions based on CRM backend data (CPA, AOV, LTV) rather than just Meta-attributed data.
  • Run structured A/B and creative testing to evaluate and improve campaign elements.
  • Optimize quiz funnels and advertorials by analyzing routing traffic and conversion data.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and utilize automation tools like Birch for decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Meta media buying experience, preferably with digital products or subscription offers.
  • Strong creative instincts and ability to provide specific, data-backed briefs to the creative team.
  • Active use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image AI, workflow automations) in daily operations.
  • Proven track record of profitably managing large monthly ad budgets.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Nice to have

  • Experience running traffic on MediaGo, AppLovin, LiveIntent, Taboola/Outbrain, TikTok, or Google.
  • Knowledge of the health & wellness vertical and Meta compliance standards.
  • Understanding of CAPI and server-side tracking.
