What you will do

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Salesforce and Tableau.
• Design and customize business reports to meet program requirements.
• Validate and reconcile data from multiple source systems.
• Analyze actuals versus forecasts to identify key trends and variances.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
• Collaborate with software teams on database development and system integration.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, mining, and visualization.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable project management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of energy efficiency, environmental sciences, or sustainability.
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, Python, or Redshift.
• Background in utility programs.
