What you will do

• Perform menu engineering and conduct analysis and evaluation of food and beverage costs.
• Prepare monthly rotas and coordinate departmental tasks and employee leave for F&B staff.
• Manage departmental correspondence and the F&B Director's commitments.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on candidate selection and support job interviews.
• Handle email and phone bookings (CR) and implement a customer database system.
• Manage procurement for events, update items in Micros, and handle menu printing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (Master's or specialization course preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving attitude and flexibility in working hours.
