What you will do

• Administer the end-to-end process of National Facilities access calls, including publication and eligibility checks.
• Coordinate evaluation and review processes while ensuring accurate documentation and record keeping.
• Facilitate researcher access through coordination of communications and logistical arrangements with internal stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of digital tools for managing access requests and project workflows.
• Maintain operational records and databases for performance monitoring and reporting.
• Execute outreach, training, and user engagement activities to enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements

• University degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an academic, research, or life science environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• English proficiency and knowledge of Italian.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Milan, Italy.
